Our breads are made using stone-ground flour and contain no additives or preservatives. Slow mixing and a minimum 18-hour fermentation allows for full flavour and enzyme development, and minimal oxidation. The result is an easily digested bread, full of natural flavour and nutrients.
All our products are shaped by hand, and our loaves are baked in a wood-fired Spanish oven at high temperatures for a beautiful, bold crust, and moist crumb.
We supply breads and pastries to over 70 of the best eateries in Cape Town, and freshly baked products are currently available at the following selected markets and retailers:
– The Neighbourgoods Market at the Biscuit Mill (Saturday 9am – 2pm)
– OZCF Market, Granger Bay (Saturday 9am to 2pm)
